Free Reflexology Tools for Instant Healing!
The most important reflexology tools are the charts that tell you where the pressure points are on your hands and feet that correspond to the various organs of the body. Scroll down for both charts. As my site becomes more developed, you will be able to download these important reflexology tools, but for now, you can print them. Natural healing is a multi-modal proposition. No single therapy by itself is powerful enough to work on its own. It's the SYNERGY that's created by blending the various alternative components into powerful holistic protocols that does the trick.
There is virtually nothing more exquisite than a good foot massage perhaps accompanied by soft music and essential oils such as lavender or sweet orange. One of the things I missed most after leaving Philadelphia and coming to California were the weekly foot massages I experienced from the late Brother Hassan, reflexologist extroadinaire. His reflexology tools were his skilled hands that could uncannily find the exact points that needed work. At the beginning of each massage, he would spritz me with lavender or rose water and I would become so relaxed that I would almost fall asleep. But as he continued to work his magic... | gradually I would feel more and more alive and vibrant. By the time he was through, I was fully awake, energized and ready to conquer the world! |
But you don't need a reflexologist to experience the many benefits of reflexology, also referred to as acupressure. Using the charts below, it is easy to identify the points that correspond to the parts of your body that you may already know need work such as the kidneys or bladder. Reflexology can also help you determine what needs work. For example, locating the liver point and pressing on it can tell you if your liver needs work. If it hurts when you press, it needs work. The same test can be applied to any organ. Use your thumb to really press down and wiggle it around a little to find the spot. when you feel a twinge of pain, you know you've found it. Massage for five minutes a day on each hand or foot, using small circular motions. Don't forget to massage and pull gently from base to tip all your fingers and toes. You will cover many important points (see charts). The Great Eliminator
| There is a pressure point in the web between the thumb and forefinger that is referred to as The Great Eliminator. | When stimulated, it releases toxins that are often the cause of many health issues and problems. Frequently, you can relieve a headache instantly by massaging this point. Remember to press deeply til you find the sore spot. Reflexology is one of my favorite alternative therapies. You can do hand reflexology anytime anywhere and it's absolutely free. Many thanks for these charts to Vicki @ www.pure-and-simple-healing.com
