In fact, we have more overweight individuals than ever before in our history. | Well, this may sound somewhat unbelievable, but the best home remedies for weight loss lie in three short, simple, one syllable words. | But before I share those words with you, let me tell you a little about how I came to be a healer. It all started with my personal quest to find the best home remedies for weight loss. I was in my thirties and gaining weight, even though I was working out several times a week as a martial artist. I went into a health food store, not because I was interested in health food, but because I was looking for low calorie meat substitutes as well as home remedies for weight loss and information on the best way to lose weight. At that time, I was still counting calories. It wasn't until later that I learned that calories are irrelevant. Yes, I said irrelevant. More on this later. 
| So I started eating these meat substitutes and since I was in the health food store anyway, I started buying additional whole foods, foods that had been prepared in ways that maintained their nutritional integrity. | Lo and behold! Not only had I found the best home remedies for weight loss, I started to feel very different. My energy level shot up. My bowels became really regular. My skin started to glow. My spirits were uplifted. I started to feel like a racehorse at the starting gate. This was nothing less than an actual transformation for which I am still eternally grateful. | Needless, to say, I lost all my excess weight and to this day, thirty years later, I have kept it off. | I have kept it off, not by struggling and sacrificing and denying myself, not by trying different conventional and home remedies for weight loss, but by implementing the best home remedies for weight loss: eating whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking my protein rich health and energy drink (PowerUp).

No calories in water. Apparently, she failed to see the irony of the fact that even though she was pumping many thousands of calories into AIDS victims, they were still wasting away and dying. Of course the minute they started to eat whole foods and drink health drinks, the wasting would stop. | The food that is called food in America is not food. It is fake. Your body is not designed to digest it. | It does not nourish you, it's addictive and it forces you to overeat because your body is craving the nutrients that are lacking in that fake food and it will MAKE you eat, even when you're not hungry.Getting away from denatured, fake food is the best way to lose weight. In fact, not only is it the best way, it's the only way you'll ever lose it and keep it off. 
For example, I used to be addicted to Thomas's english muffins. I could eat a whole pack (6) at one tine, no problem. Well, try to eat six real whole grain english muffins. It's not possible. You will be stuffed after two. And those two will stick with you for hours. You will not be hungry and craving. You will actually have a wonderful feeling of satisfaction and fullness for a long time. Are you starting to see why eating whole foods is the best way to lose weight? Now in the beginning, you may still overeat, because you're so used to eating that way, but this will pass and you WILL lose the weight as long as what you eat is whole and pure (even with an occasional pig out). | The issue is NOT HOW MUCH you eat, but WHAT you eat! | So, if you want to be thin, if you want to be energetic, if you want to be strong and vibrant, if you want to have a life even, you have to eat whole foods. Not only is it the best way to lose weight, it's the foundation of a healthy, productive, successful existence free from the mental, emotional and physical problems that plague most of the population.
