To speed the healing of a sinus infection, add 20 drops each of eucalyptus, tea tree and lavender essential oils to a hot bath OR add to washcloth that has been soaked in warm water and place over sinus area. For inhalation therapy, place 3 drops of rosemary and 3 drops of eucalyptus or tea tree essential oils on a handkerchief OR add 7 drops of each to pot of boiling water and inhale. 
See aromatherapy section. Massage oil 1 ounce almond oil 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil 5 drops rosemary essential oil Massage oil over neck and the base of the skull. To clear nasal passages, massage the temples with 3 drops of peppermint oil that has been diffused into 1 oz. almond oil.
