Home Remedies for Boils that Work

While home remedies for boils are quite effective, the primary cause is faulty diet, so you must make dietary changes in order to heal completely and permanently.

The main causes of boils are fatty foods, greasy fried foods, dairy products and junk food.

A boil, like acne, is nature’s way of getting rid of toxins. When the liver and kidneys can no longer cleanse the blood, the toxins come out through the skin. Boils are actual poisons that have coagulated into a mass and erupted through the skin.

While home remedies for boils are quite effective in healing an existing outbreak, there is only one way to eliminate boils entirely and to prevent them from erupting in the first place.

The offending foods must be eliminated. Unfortunately, it’s often the foods we are most addicted to that are causing the problem. This may cause you some serious dismay at first, but not to worry. Right now, it may seem like you can’t do without the foods that are toxifying your blood and causing the boils. This however, is an illusion. A trap that you have fallen into because of the ready availability of garbage disguised as food.

Here’s how you get off the foods that are killing you. You create or obtain healthy versions of the foods you love.

Example: pizza. You cannot eat regular pizza that you get from a pizzeria and not suffer negative consequences. At Whole Foods, you will find vegan pizza. Brand name: Tofurkey. This scrumptious pizza comes in three delicious flavors. The one with the fake Italian sausage is my favorite.

If you like to cook, better yet. Here is a link to my recipe page which contains a recipe for healthy pizza: I guarantee you once you eat your own homemade pizza, you will never again crave a pizza made with ingredients that make you break out. And instead of filling yourself up with empty calories and craving more food in a few hours, this pizza will keep you feeling full and satisfied for a long time. This is but one example of how what you eat becomes an actual home remedy for boils.

Although the recipe may not be on my website, there is always a way to create healthy versions of the foods you know and love. You don’t have to suffer, struggle or sacrifice. But you do have to make an effort. You must ask yourself, what is my life worth? Is it worth the extra time and money I need to put into what I’m eating?

I hope so because if you are getting boils, it means that you are super toxic. What that means is that it’s only a matter of time until you have a health problem or problems much worse than a simple boil and you will need much more than my home remedies for boils. So you gotta get with the program and get off the foods that if you continue to eat, will eventually take your life.

Essential Holistic Protocol for Boils

My approach to healing virtually any health problem is essentially a simple three part protocol. These three home remedies for boils should be in place in order for your healing to be complete and permanent:

    Healing Herbs for Boils

When it comes to boils, the answer is cleansing, cleansing, cleansing. Foods that cleanse, herbs that cleanse, baths
that cleanse all serve as home remedies for boils.

    Cleansing Tea

    2 parts Red Clover Blossoms

    1 part Dandelion Root, raw

    1 part Burdock Root

1 part Milk Thistle Seed, whole

    Cleansing Potion

    Scudders Alterative from Gaia Herbs

    Cleansing Bath

Detox Bath Crystals from Wise Woman Herbs (important home remedy for boils)

The ideal way to utilize these herbal home remedies for boils is to prepare the tea and spike it with the extracts, but this can be too demanding for some.

There are several other ways to utilize these herbs for healing. Click here and scroll down for guidelines on preparation and utilization.

Reminder:
the key to healing boils lies in cleansing.

Additional Types of Alternative Medicine for Boils (helpful, but not necessary):

Juicing for Blood and Liver Cleansing

One of the most powerful types of alternative medicine for cleansing is the juice of fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables.

Here is a juicing recipe with powerful cleansing properties(tastes good too):

    fresh mint or basil

    1 carrot

    2-3 celery sticks

    apple

    Here’s one more

not quite as effective as above, but really quick and simple:

    2-5 pears

Just cut them up and juice.

If you use either of these juices for your PowerUp health and energy drink, you’ll be flyin’ I call this the double whammy. See Juicing page for triple whammy and additional guidelines on juicing.

Reminder: When you undertake a holistic protocol for a particular ailment, the remedies will have side benefits such as increased energy and other improvements in overall well being.

    Reflexology

There is a pressure point in the web between the thumb
and forefinger that is referred to as The Great Eliminator.

When stimulated, it releases toxins that are often the
cause of many health issues and problems, particularly
    boils and acne.
You may have to press down kinda hard and wiggle your thumb around till you find the point. You’ll know
you’ve found it when you feel a twinge of pain (sorry).

Click here and scroll down for chart.

    Homeopathy

    Arsenicum Album 30c

    Belladonna 30c

    Calendula ointment for external use.

Use as directed on package. See homeopathy section.

    Aromatherapy

Hot and Cold Compresses for Boils

Start with a hot compress: Add four drops of German chamomile
to 300ml of tolerably hotwater. Soak a piece of folded gauze in
the aromatic water then remove and apply to the boil. Hold in
place until it cools, then reapply.

Finish with a cold compress: Add four drops of German
chamomile to 300ml of cold water, then proceed as for a hot compress, holding in place until it warms to body temperature.

Recommended time: Once or twice daily

Some folks have a stinging reaction to essential oils when
applied to the skin. You can always dilute the essential oils
with a little almond oil before applying directly to the skin.

    See aromatherapy section.

These home remedies for boils will solve the immediate problem. Changing your diet by eliminating the offending foods will prevent future outbreaks.
